These terms govern your use of the Pavon website and platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Pavon provides a software platform for real-estate marketing, construction operations, and 3D visualization. Features may evolve over time; material changes to paid functionality will be communicated in advance.
Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for safeguarding access to it. Organization administrators control member access and are responsible for the data their teams store in the platform.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, attempt to breach the security or data isolation of the platform, or send spam through integrations and webhooks.
Your data
You retain all rights to the data your organization stores in Pavon. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service — storing, processing, and displaying that data to your authorized users.
Intellectual property
The platform, its design, and its underlying technology are and remain the property of Pavon. These terms grant a right to use the service, not a license to the software itself.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where they materially affect paid plans.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pavon's aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
